Chris joined the Trinity staff team in June 2003 as an Associate Pastor. In the spring of 2008, his title transitioned to that of Executive Pastor in an effort to better reflect his evolving role and responsibilities. Chris has previous experience as a youth pastor, and he has also worked on a variety of levels ranging from direct care to clinical management within adolescent residential treatment environments. He is passionate about working with individuals and teams of people in an effort to see lives transformed and the cause of Christ advanced personally and corporately within the church. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Sciences from North Central University in Minneapolis, MN and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.
